Day 1: Ljubljana

Arrival at Ljubljana Airport and pick up of your rental car. Drive to your hotel in Ljubljana  The rest of the day at leisure. Overnight. 

Day 2: Ljubljana

Breakfast. The Slovenian capital is an architectural gem. It stores 5000 years of history, some of it in traces and some of it in the most luxurious and confident manner. The mixtures of baroque style with the modernist Art Nouveau and the work of the architect Joze Plecnik are among its special treasures. The city boasts several cultural events and an impressive social and nightlife. Overnight in Ljubljana. 

Day 3: Ljubljana-Postojna Cave-Predjama Castle-Ljubljana

Departure to visit the famous Postojna Caves, recognized as one of the largest and most beautiful in the world. A train ride combined with a walk allow you to observe the karst phenomena such as stalactites and stalagmites. Afterward, stop at the fairy-tale castle Predjama, where we will emerge in the legend of the knight Erasmus. Back to Ljubljana. Overnight. 

Day 4: Ljubljana-Logar Valley-Bled

Breakfast. The road will take us to Logarska dolina, a valley surrounded by beautiful Savinja Alps and Karavanke Mountains. Lush forests, streams and waterfalls of cold water, hidden little paths and tranquillity characterize the valley. We can have a short walk (15 min) to Rinka Waterfall and after that you can visit is a nice fairytale forest hidden in an unspoiled nature of the valley that invites children and adults to discover it. Drive to Lake Bled. Overnight in Bled. 

Day 5: Bled

Breakfast. Mountain peaks, a glacier lake with an island dominated by church, crystal clean rivers, and a castle hanging from the rock cliff…this are all the ingredients to experience a day as in a fairy tale! Take a romantic ride by Pletna boat to the Island, where a Baroque church invites us to ring the famous wishing bell. Continue to the Bled castle that hangs from a steep rock above the lake. The view from there is astonishing In the afternoon, bikes  will be at your disposal for a ride around the lake or a trip to Radovna Valley or Vintgar Gorge. Overnight in Bled. 

Day 6: Bled-Bohinj-Bled

Breakfast. Lake Bohinj is the largest Slovenian lake. The area is part of the Triglav National Park, famous for crystal clear waters, remnants of virgin forests and rich flora and fauna. During her visit in Bohinj, Agatha Christie said: “Bohinj is too beautiful for a murder.” You can choose between kayaks or canoes to go to discover by yourselves this Alpine Jewel. In the afternoon, go to Savica Waterfall or have a walk to Mostnica Gorge. If you are looking for cooler places, than take the funicular ride to Vogel Mountain. Back to Bled and overnight. 

Day 7: Bled-Soča Valley-Bovec

Breakfast. In the morning, visit a typical Alpine homestead, where you can enjoy the company of horses. We invite you explore the pristine countryside on a horseback. Afterwards, cross the Julian Alps along a scenic path, contemplating some remains of the First World War and following the picturesque valley of Soča. You can have a photo stop by Jasna Lake near Kranjska Gora or discover many remains from WWI before arriving to Bovec. Overnight. 

Day 8: Bovec

Breakfast. Day dedicated to the beautiful Soča River and its surrounding. In the morning we booked for you an unforgettable rafting. In the afternoon, walk to Virje waterfall or drive up by a cable car to the highest ski slopes in Slovenia – Kanin (2293 m). For trekking fans, Krn lake (the highest Slovenian lake) would be an option. Overnight in Bovec. 

Day 9: Bovec

Breakfast. Today we recommend you to do the Soča Trail. The natural history educational path, which is marked by picturesque hanging footbridges, lonely Trenta homesteads and the pleasant freshness of the Soča River, connects peaceful and mysterious corners of the Trenta Valley. Let the one of a kind world, where nature is louder than thoughts and embraces the soul, enter your heart. Discover the Triglav National Park and capture some unforgettable moments in one of the most pristine places in Slovenia. Overnight in Bovec. 

Day 10: Bovec-Kobarid-Goriška Brda-Poreč

Breakfast. On your way to the coast, you can stop in Kobarid, where you can find a Museum to WWI or in Goriška Brda wine region. There you can visit the walled town of Šmartno, the lookout tower with a stunning views and one of the wineries to taste some of the best wines. Continue to Croatia. Overnight in Poreč. 

Day 11: Poreč

Breakfast and days to relax on the beach. You can visit the Istrian Peninsula and its towns such as  Rovinj, Pula, Motovun and Brijuni Islands. Overnight. 

Day 12: Poreč

Breakfast and day at leisure for swimming and relaxing at the coast. Overnight. 

Day 13: Poreč

Breakfast and day at leisure for swimming and relaxing at the coast. Overnight. 

Day 14: Poreč-Ljubljana Airport

After breakfast, free time until drive to Ljubljana airport. Return of your rental car. End of our services.
